We generate multiple design solutions for review and comment by project owners. From those comments we refine those design options into one single solution that best reflects the owners project goals.

Using mulitple CAD documentation programs, we create a set of drawings that meet the requirements of local building departments for building permit. This includes both two dimensional and three-dimensional rendering.

We submit document packages to various building departments, manage the log in phase, respond to comments, manage the permit expenses and assist in permit pick up.

We observe the construction on site. Answer any questions, provide additional information and/or document design changes when required to do so.

We create both computer and hand, as well as black & white; white and color rendered architectural images in both two dimensional and three-dimensional images.

We provide research services that document the history of a existing structure. This can include the owners or occupants, the architect, builder and other significant information.

We provide expert opinions and experience to those whom require clarification on industry standard practices in the architectural field.
